Leonardo DiCaprio and Tag Heuer

TAG Heuer has chosen Leonardo DiCaprio as the new face of the TAG Heuer Carrera watch. Unfortunately, this means good bye to Brad Pitt due to the end of his six year contract which ended in December 2008.
Leonardo DiCaprio has signed on as a TAG Heuer Ambassador for three years with a deal worth several million dollars. The word around the watch industry is that this was a struggle because TAG Heuer is supposedly “belt-tightening”.
However, we know TAG Heuer has had a record year last year from Ambassador Lewis Hamilton winning the F1 Championship, two winning watches receiving multiple awards, the TAG Heuer Meridiist release, and the new branding campaign coming out this spring.
Leonardo DiCaprio will be endorsing the TAG Heuer Day-Date Carerra.
